THE HISTORY
Trinity Church in Pahrump Nevada, is an Assemblies of God fellowship founded in the1980s. As Phillip and Marie Kearney had been asked to pray over the present location for God to provide leadership, God called them to become the founding pastors and to miraculously build on the property that had been donated, because it could not be sold. With a sizeable donation from a champion poker player and later a brothel owner, along with donated sheetrock and lots of volunteer labor the church building with the lighted cross came to be. Amazing stories of transformed lives are written in eternity because of the faith of God’s people and their commitment to believe God for favor and blessings to bring good news and healing to those who need God’s help as Jesus continues to fulfill the mission of God through His called together followers, the church. That calling is clear for us in the following:

THE LEGACY
For over 40 years, Trinity has been a “Beacon in The Desert” much like the lighted cross at the pinnacle of the building, sharing the light that the good news of walking with Jesus brings to people all over the valley.
